Our son was diagnosed with leukemia on July 30th 2008. Luckily, he is doing well on treatment.. This week was such a reflection of how far we've come as one year ago he was terrified to go in the water and didn't even want to play on the beach. This trip it was hard to get him out of the water!! We've been home for 2 days and he keeps talking about how much he misses the beach and the friends he made while we were there. Thank you so much.

I can't explain how much I appreciate you allowing my family and I to come to this amazing vacation. The beach house was so spacious and too, too comfortable! It was so refreshing for me to be able to go on vacation after struggling with this cancer for almost two years. I love believe in tomorrow!

Thank you for another fantastic week! There is nothing like the ocean to recharge and rejuvenate from a life surrounded by chronic illness. When you have a sick family member, it is so easy to get sucked into the medical vortex and forget that there is life away from it all. The beautiful, clean, well stocked apartment meant we can turn up, hit the surf and completely relax and escape our stressful lives. Most importantly, it allows us to regroup as a family. Thank you.
